- Yes, OEM orders are welcome but price can be lower if you are willing to use our brand.
- 15.Can we get free samples before placing orders?
- Sorry, as per our policy, the sample charges will be deducted when you place orders.
- 16.To which countries are your products exported?
- Until now our products have been exported to more than 30 overseas countries mainly by OEM orders, including Russia, Poland, Switzerland, UK, UAE, Singapore,etc.
- 17.Did you gain E-mark certification?
- Until now we didn’t by ourselves, but our products meet E-mark standard and we have helped our clients to gain the certificate.
- 18.What is MOQ of your factory?
- We require MOQ 100 kits per item after your getting samples or placing trial orders.
- 19.How long is your delivery time?
- Normally it takes 4-10 days for production depending on different quantities.
- 20.What payment terms can you accept?
- T/T, PayPal, Alipay are accepted by us.
- 21.How long is your warranty and how to perform the warranty?
- We provide 12 months free warranty since the manufacturing date. To get the warranty, you need to send all the items with problems back to our factory. We will see how to settle the shipping charges under specific situations.
